Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
